Rental Terms
1. Reservation and Deposit
A reservation is confirmed upon payment. De Bosloft requires a deposit of €100, refundable if no damage or missing items are found. By booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Use and Responsibility
You may use all materials in De Bosloft. The cost of missing items or damages will be deducted from the deposit. The loft is designed for a maximum of four people. Violation of this rule may result in additional charges.
3. Noise Levels
Please limit excessive noise to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.
4. Consumption and Additional Costs
A standard amount of electricity is included. Extra charges apply if usage exceeds this amount. Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited.
5. Arrival, Departure, and Key Handover
Check-in is from 16:00 onwards, check-out by 11:00. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival.
6. Waste Disposal and Cleaning
You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness at De Bosloft and sorting waste properly into designated bins. Failure to comply or inadequate cleaning may result in deductions from the deposit for additional costs.
